What do you like most?
We are a guest house with a rather complex combination of different rooms (single, twin, double, family, sea-view, rear-view) and range of pricing, and we went for Seekom as a system that can cope with this and pretty well every variation that you throw at it. Once the system is mastered it is easy to use, and the tech support team are there to explain and work you through anything that you get stuck on if you are as low-tech as I am!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The good thing about Seekom is that they listen to their clients as what is needed to help, so things are improved as issues are raised. Perhaps the biggest problem is understanding all the things that the system can do for you, as there is so much there it is not easy to get one's head around what it all means. As with many systems a lot of that is just not necessary for what you want it to do, and the support is there if needed to be explained.
