* Gaining accurate room cleaning times per room type and productivity * Able to monitor when guests have checked out so we can prioritise turning the room around for an arrival * Prioritise and rush arrival rooms or guest daily services * Easy to assign cleans to other teams when required to maintain daily challenges for guest satisfaction * Prompt assistance and support by the Optii Team
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
* Traces from Opera to automatically assign to Optii (late checkouts, bed configurations, other special guest requirements) * When rooms have been rolled/held for cleaning, they do not show on the daily report with comments, team, day last cleaned
