What do you like most?
We consider Duetto and their team as part of our team - its a true partnership and collaboration. They work closely with our business units to drive commercial outcomes and solutions to our needs. The platform itself is very intuitive and users throughout all levels of the organization engage with the solution. The platform provides for a great level of automation so that time can be re-deployed on revenue strategy and growing our business with solid results. The support and customer success is second to none, with a team of revenue professionals that not only engage on the platform, but can consult on strategy with a external perspective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Given our portfolio is resort led, per person pricing would be a great step forward as well as additional consideration on total revenue impacts.
