What do you like most?
It is straightforward and not overly complicated. We are a smaller property (31 accommodations) so it is nice to be able to use the tapechart and see almost all our accommodations. I also like the snapshot you get when hovering over each reservation on the tape chart. The housekeeping interface wasn't being used here before but we got training a few months ago and it is going much better now.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Things like room moves and reblocking rooms is a bit more complicated than it should be. Also the reporting structure is not as easy to use as I would like. More custom reports would be a big help.
