What do you like most?
Facilitates interdepartamental communication, ans it's a very good tool to assign tasks, even for yourself. The calendar feature is what I like the most as it is superb for organization between departments (SPA reservations, BEOs, Event informations...), the fact that you can tag your colleagues in comments is also amazing if you need to say something to someone that is not working at that time of the day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything at the moment, I think it is very well developed and useful, and makes our team more efficient.
