Revenue Management Systems
What do you like most?
For us the Room Price Genie brought a change in the game. I've always wanted to engange in revenue management. But with our small hotel, none of the solutions on the market (at least the ones that I knew of) seemed fit for our small property. The intuitive use of the RPG was also an easy access. The increase of revenue we experienced within the first few months of implementation was phenomenal. And I would encourage every small property like ours to do the same. Don't be shy with your rates! ... Furthermore, the planning of your special rates during exhibition or large events - all in the past. I don't need to fear to heave missed out on an opportunity to increase my rates. The RPG really takes all of that out of my handy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would really really really love an integration into our PMS HS/3. With that, our work load would be reduced even more.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 🧞‍♂️ It's great to hear that RoomPriceGenie made revenue management accessible for your property. That's exactly why we built it, for independent and smaller hotels that felt the existing solutions weren't made for them. Seeing such a strong revenue increase in your first few months is fantastic, and we love that you no longer have to worry about missing out on big events and exhibitions. Thank you also for the feedback about an integration with HS/3. We've shared it with our product team, as requests like yours help us decide which integrations to prioritize. Thanks for trusting us with your pricing, and for encouraging other small properties to be bold with their rates! 😉 Warm regards,
