What do you like most?
I oversee a reservations department for 2 separate hotels. Revinate has made the process so much easier to manage! Revinate set us up with different phone numbers for the different hotels, outlets, and spa. Before we pick up the phone we already know what the guest is looking for. Are they looking for a new reservation, calling about an existing reservation, or any other specific topic? All of this information is given to the agent before the call comes through. The reporting is also phenomenal, it takes the guess work out of scheduling the agents, and clearly defines metrics we can use for coaching and incentives. The plethora of reports allows me to see conversion, time each agent spends on the phone, the number of calls that come in by day of week, or time of day. Lastly, I love that all of the calls are recorded and can be replayed back to help the agents learn and improve their sales techniques. You can also download the call and send them to other managers when agents from other departments may be involved in the conversation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the chat feature, the templates can't be organized in a way that makes most sense for my team. Since we have 2 hotels, we have different information that I added to the chat Template feature and there is no way to organize it to keep my team more organized.
