What do you like most?
Very convenient and efficient. Guests check in by themselves/pay by themselves/correspond with the reception during their stay. Very convenient. The guests in this era want less direct contact with the hotel staff and prefer interactive communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An application should also be built for the guest, such as a guest profile file that is multi-use and that the hotel can also see the guest and his overall stay rating
