My staff and I have used the guest messaging and task functions of AppFolio to communicate with guests and to follow up on special requests. It is very easy to use and helps us corrdinate as a team in better serving our guests.

What do you like most?
Recently we had a maintenace emergancy. I was easily able to send a message to all guests who where effected.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am a fairly new user, so far I have nothing but praise for Akia and have not found anything that is in need of improvement.
