What do you like most?
The Front Office team likes very much the apps. The apps very useful as we get get more information from the guest prior to their arrival that we can prepare in advance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything is perfect and useful. But it is more effective if the information link directly to the PMS to avoid missing information in the last minute survey.
