What do you like most?
Maximum security and respecting the procedures to the letter - also certified ISO vendor. High standards of development and coding. Very experienced in the hotel industry as well as in software development. Excellent cloud thinking and following all the modern ways of developing the software paying attention to scalability, logging, and monitoring.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Visibility on the future roadmaps and evolution of the platform can be improved and maybe some more transparent way of getting feedback from different customers together (customers panels or workshops where customers can compare their needs and maybe give useful directions in a facilitated way).
