What do you like most?
Runtriz sends out emails the day before arrival for all of our guests with email addresses, with the option for guest to pre check in (pre arrival). It is so helpful to know in advance if a guest has any requests, approximately what time they will arrive, and it's also a reminder to the guest if they forgot to cancel their reservation, so we have less no shows. A lot of guests were confused in the beginning with the word pre check in, so we changed the name of our form to pre arrival registration with a note that a credit card and ID will still be required at check in and it seemed to help. All in all, we love this service and so do our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Setting up the forms is sometimes confusing. We could ask for help every time, but seems to be a waste of your staff. If we could also have a bar at the top (like word has) to add bold lettering, etc instead of trying to remember the "codes" that would be helpful.
