What do you like most?
The product originally comes from the hotel sector, but also works very well for serviced apartments too. Special requirements of serviced apartments are implemented continuously and quickly. What sets hotelbird apart from the competition is the agile and fast environment in which further developments are made together with us as the customer. Therefore, both sides make sure to develop the right experience for our customer, the serviced apartment and hotel guests. Great collaboration and willingness to success.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More detailed documentation on updates and news, for example in a newsletter. Full remote support on terminals. More detailed onboarding documentation.
