What I like most about M3 is that it provides a centralized platform for managing hotel financial information. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the integration between M3 and hotel property management systems. We have experienced issues with financial data not transferring or mapping correctly from StayPMS to M3, which requires additional manual entries and reconciliation. Improving the accuracy and reliability of data synchronization would help reduce errors, save time, and make daily accounting processes more efficient.
