What do you like most?
Ocra's strengths are communication, response time and collaboration with our on property team. It's an easy to use dashboard and whatever questions need asked the Ocra team is ready and willing to do so quickly!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since Ocra outsources to parking vendors, I would like to see their communication held to the same high standards that Ocra has set. There are times guests come in and don't know what do, or where to go because of the visibility on their sites is not as clear.
