Time-saving batch entry and copy-paste — but date fixes are clunky

Hotel Accounting Software
What do you like most?
They provide training webinars from time to time and help everybody learn, no matter whether you are a newbie or a veteran you can always learn something new. One thing I like, as I mentioned in the previous review, is the function of copy and paste in creating similar transaction records in HIA, both for bills and for journal entries. Another thing that I like is that you can upload large itemized bills through excel to create a payable batch, instead of manually entering them line by line. This is a great time saver. Also help to prevent errors. Especially helpful to payroll and credit card bill entries.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful if a mistake such as posting month or posting date can be fixed without having to enter additional debit adjustment entries. Some other accounting software we use allow people with certain admin roles to do it in a more convenient way.

Thank you for your review. We are thrilled that you appreciate HIA's clean user-interface, particularly AP, banking, daily reporting, and finance modules. How great that you are taking advantage of the copy/ paste functionality to save time and avoid mistakes! We will reach out directly to find out more about what flexibility you are looking for from cash account and financial statement settings. We understand your frustration with the technical help documents. These will become much more accessible very soon! We are working on a new help module with easy to follow wikis and guides as well as an interactive AI support function. Thank you again for your feedback.
