What do you like most?
We've been using the system for several months now and are more than satisfied. The automated, dynamic pricing saves us an incredible amount of work and reacts lightning-fast to market changes. Since its implementation, we've been able to noticeably increase our revenue and average daily rate (ADR). We're particularly impressed with the intuitive user interface. A clear recommendation for any business that wants to maximize its profits without spending hours maintaining spreadsheets!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The algorithms need to be better adapted to the hotel, as they are somewhat too aggressive in the pricing market of various competitors; rates sometimes undercut each other automatically to secure occupancy & this can destroy the entire price level on the market.
