What do you like most?
It has excellent connectivity with all Latin American and international channels, the marketplace is very comprehensive, and hotel management in general is very easy, including Whistle and other tools. Having everything in one place makes it more efficient to manage. Having three hotels in total with the same system makes everything easier, and my staff can focus on more manual tasks since the system automates a lot. Constant updates with more services and improvements make it one of the most sophisticated cloud-based systems we've seen.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Of course, as technology advances, the system has to improve with it and create new functionalities that make procedures more efficient and effective so that staff can spend their time in customer service and other areas.
