What do you like most?
RevControl was there to save us. With one workday of effective time to improve our pricing strategy, the challenge was big. RevControl has risen up to that challenge and helped us tremendously. We have improved our pricing, created a working group recommendation tool and used the extensive reporting almost daily now. Support is quick and always accurate, they even come up with extra solutions and/or alternatives, without us having to ask for it. I am also very happy with the onboarding, the customer success emails and follow up calls. I would recommend this system to every hotel who has limited time, challenging seasons or months and is located in a difficult market.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe the use of rate buckets - multiple buckets for 1 rate type. Or the possibility to combine certain strategies for certain rate types or plans? This is all extra and luxury, because the system already works perfectly.
