The product meets our needs and if/when we have trouble the technical team is usually quick to respond and remediate.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
General customer service and communication has been horrible. We have recently been in contact with upper level execs to resolve, and they have taken major steps to improve the relationship. Time will tell.
