What do you like most?
I really appreciate the fast response from the AI chat, which seamlessly connects you with a support agent when needed. The support team is very helpful, asks the right questions, and provides clear, easy-to-follow instructions, often accompanied by helpful screenshots. Overall, a very positive experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly not much, maybe the inventory update? It takes a bit of time for a reservation to come in our pms from when it is booked.
