What do you like most?
Siteminder provides a solid and stable connectivity with major distribution channels, enabling quick real-time updates of availability and rates. It offers a wide network of integrations with PMS, booking engines, and OTAs, contributing to a more efficient distribution strategy. Its support team and commercial accompaniment maintain close communication and a good response capacity to incidents or operational needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One of the main areas for improvement would be the possibility of managing hotel room and rate configurations and mapping of integrated systems in bulk through Excel uploads. Currently, the platform allows exporting this information for consultation and review, but does not offer the reverse functionality of bulk upload or update. This means that any modification, no matter how small, must be done manually line by line within the tool. For hotel chains or groups with multiple establishments, this limitation represents a significant operational burden and increases the risk of human errors in configuration and maintenance processes. The ability to download, modify, and re-upload an Excel file with automatic validations would significantly improve efficiency, reduce management times, and facilitate the safe and controlled implementation of mass changes. This functionality would provide added value especially relevant for distribution and revenue management teams managing a high volume of rooms, rates, and third-party connections.
