What do you like most?
What I like most about Mews is its clear and intuitive interface. We quickly get the software up and running, and the teams can easily access the information they need. I also appreciate that Mews is regularly updated and offers many integrations with other tools, which allows building a fairly complete solution around the PMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Some features remain a bit complex to set up or understand, especially when you want to go further in the configuration. I would also like more flexibility on certain settings and more concrete explanations directly in the software. This would help the teams save time and be more autonomous on a daily basis.
