What do you like most?
Setting up our Channels is relatively straightforward. Once everything is connected, the team can manage availability and reservations without constantly moving between different OTA extranets. This saves time, especially when we have a lot of bookings coming from different channels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We sometimes notice small synchronization delays with certain channels. It would be useful if the system showed a more obvious status when an OTA update is pending, especially during periods when inventory is changing quickly.
