The staff is very knowledgeable and my query is quickly resolved within a minute - Thanks to Florentino and Abigail.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think it would be nice if the demand plus feature is at monthly fixed rate rather than by commission basis - with commission scheme, it feel like our booking button is just another OTA's.
