What do you like most?
This is the most commonly used system in Singapore and the consultants were very helpful in supporting the hotel and making sure we go live on the date we want. It gives our IT some relief as well in managing the solution as patches/backups are done by Oracle directly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Introduce more customized and productive solutions eg. AI and of cos free or good price for customers like us to enjoy using the solution.
