What do you like most?
I’ve had a great experience with Hostaway—it's intuitive, reliable, and makes daily operations much smoother. Their support team is exceptional I have had the pleasure of Pax in particular consistently going above and beyond to help with any questions. Thanks to their quick, friendly assistance, I was able to get my business up and running with confidence.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An app notifications folder with notification details would be nice, most of the time I get a notification, I don't know what its for. Booking.com integration needs to catchup to Airbnb integration. Auto Language translation in guest comms should be implemented. Downloading financial reports could be easier- print option is not useful to me.
