What do you like most?
Exely Booking Engine and Channel Manager are intuitive, reliable and easy to manage. The Booking Engine has significantly increased our direct bookings, delivering excellent results in a very short time. The Channel Manager keeps rates and availability synchronized across all channels accurately and in real time. What truly stands out, however, is the support team—professional, responsive and always willing to help. Their expertise and commitment have made the implementation process smooth and contributed greatly to our success.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this stage, I haven't identified any major areas for improvement. The platform is continuously evolving, and it's great to see new features and enhancements being released on a regular basis.
