What do you like most?
Felicia is amazingly knowledgeable about Sirvoy, it's company history, it's online platform, as well as it's competitors. Her English is better than most American's, and her ability to answer questions without hesitation went above and beyond beyond my expectations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'll let you know after my onboarding. So far, we've only done a site tour. But if being honest, you may want to hire less attractive reps. It was a challenge to remain focused on the content of her messaging rather than her captivating facial expressions.
