What do you like most?
We are keen to use AI to improve the guest experience by giving the staff more time to be with the guests and make them feel welcome and less time doing admin. We are keen to ensure that if a guest has a question they get the correct answer back and straight away. This is all now possible thanks to Runnr.ai which is an AI digital concierge that communicates to guests in the language they speak on the platform they prefer (WhatsApp) Guests love it for this reason. Staff do too as it is so easy to use. It integrates fully with the PMS and the OTAs so all the helpful information is in the unified inbox. I am really pleased to be using this in our hotel and excited to see how this continues to develop and improve!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
This landscape is changing fast but they are adapting just as fast! Updates happen quickly and as they happen which improves it all the time.
