Ease of use, attractive design, hotel newsletter easy to create and edit, simple process for sending news, easy communication with guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An interface to Casablanca would be good, as well as a repairable end device (like a touchscreen). Even more automated processes (date, summer/winter, etc.) would be beneficial.
