What do you like most?
We enjoy messaging the guests. Pre-check-ins are easy for the employees and for hotel guests. Pre-checkout on Akia is nice too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The third-party authorizations can be improved more. We do worry about people using different credit cards and putting different names. It would be nice if it were more secure.
