What do you like most?
The easy handling in the Extranet, the fast adaption of information, the pretty App, the possibilities to get in touch with guests!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The connections with PMS, in MEWS we have a setting that guests can write messages and in Gastfreund we have the messaging tool, if this could be combined in order to easily know which guests are getting in touch with us, that would be helpful. Other implementations in order to make the guest journey easier.
