What do you like most?
The Dashboard gives me a quick idea of what is happening with the property without opening many reports. I like having the main information visible in one place. The pricing also feels reasonable for what we get, especially for a smaller accommodation business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer support has improved a lot compared with before. In the past, contacting someone could take quite a long time. Now chat is much easier and more direct. I would just like the same level of convenience to continue for all support cases.
