What do you like most?
We are very satisfied with Exely, especially with its user-friendly interface and easy-to-use features. Working with the calendar and the Rates section is particularly convenient and comfortable for us. The same can be said about the other sections of the system as well. Overall, Exely makes our daily work much easier and helps us manage reservations, rates, and availability efficiently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, we are satisfied with the features and functionality provided by the system. However, it would be very useful if the “Request New Card Details” option in the Bookings section could remain available regardless of how far the guest’s check-in date is. Also, when we send this request to the guest, it would be helpful to have several predefined reasons to choose from, such as “Invalid Credit Card” or “Cardholder Name Does Not Match the Reservation Name.” This would allow the guest to clearly understand why we were unable to authorize or block the payment on the provided card. We believe this improvement would make communication with guests clearer and make the payment process more efficient.
