What do you like most?
The keyless entry system works perfect for the reception, housekeeping and clients. Reception can make a contactless key with date and controlled access to make sure the check-in is secured.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An improvement of the HOTEK server with more updates and a more modern look and feel. Right now, the interface is quite old and could use an upgrade.
