What do you like most?
Lots of great features to manage the guest relationship, to automate workflows, and to manage payments on site and at a distance. The 2 way communication is a tremendous help to improve google performance, and also amazing to be able to integrate options as we scale up
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
On the guest experience side, some of the automated work flows to attract more google reviews are a bit heavy to put in place: for example we need to add a message for each channel, and cannot see clearly if guests need to click on a number from 1-10 or if they need to respond with a number 1-10, creating less than optimal immediate implementation.
