What do you like most?
It's very user-friendly and allows you to configure loads to your needs without having to update many rates; they can all be programmed into a single rate. Mapping is very easy to do, and rate monitoring is also simple. Synchronization time with the PMS is excellent, enabling efficient availability and rate management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing that could be improved would be the reports section, so that the graphs presenting the information in the system could be downloaded, and not just a simple Excel file.
