What do you like most?
Cloudbeds makes reservation management quite straightforward. The PMS Calendar is easy to look at, and split bookings give us more flexibility. I also appreciate the stable channel manager and the variety of available reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile application could be improved significantly. Notifications would be very helpful because currently we need to go into email to find certain updates. A better notification system would make the app more practical.
