What do you like most?
Ascent 360 allows us to ingest our data easily across our resort. Giving us the ability to cross pollinate revenue arenas and drive ancillary revenue. The easy content / email builder creates a customer journey that earns high engagement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Better connection to our stay data / PMS. The brand does not allow that connectivity. This would open up the ability to create multiple pre arrival journey's
