What do you like most?
SiteMinder offers excellent connectivity with the number of collaborators it supports. It's very easy to connect. The chat support is also very good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The booking engine and especially Little Hotelier can be improved. Little Hotelier as a PMS is very basic. The connection to the online check-in module needs improvement.
