What do you like most?
What I particularly appreciate about HotelFriend is its user-friendliness and cloud-based flexibility. As a receptionist in dynamic hotels, it's crucial that the PMS (Property Management System) is intuitive to use. The seamless integration of the channel manager and booking engine significantly reduces administrative workload and minimizes the risk of overbooking. The modern user interface design is especially noteworthy, enabling new team members to quickly onboard and noticeably speeding up daily check-in and check-out processes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although the software is already very stable, I see potential for further development in the reporting area. The flexibility in creating customized statistics and the export of specific key performance indicators could be enhanced. Furthermore, a wider selection of interfaces to local third-party providers would be desirable to further maximize connectivity in specialized hotel markets.
