What do you like most?
WebRezPro is very easy to learn and use, even for team members with limited tech experience. The cloud-based system lets us manage reservations, housekeeping, and reporting from anywhere, which has been a huge advantage. Their customer support is quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting tools are strong, but more customizable dashboards would make data insights even faster. Some integrations require extra setup time, so a more plug-and-play approach would be great. A slightly more modern UI in certain sections would also enhance the overall user experience.
