What do you like most?
In my role as Hotel Manager at the Liberty Hotel, I place the utmost importance on clarity and seamless coordination across all departments. HotelFriend offers an excellent platform that efficiently integrates PMS, channel management, and guest services. The system's flexibility is particularly impressive, allowing me to monitor and control operational processes in real time. The user interface is modern and logically structured, which not only minimizes errors but also significantly reduces the onboarding time for new front desk staff. It's a tool that grows with the needs of a modern hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For larger companies, even deeper integration of third-party business intelligence (BI) tools would be desirable to transform complex data into strategic decisions even faster. The mobile management app could also be expanded with additional administrative approval functions to further maximize flexibility on the go.
