What do you like most?
Orders can be easily processed into the PMS system, and it also smoothly integrates with various OTAs. In Insight, you can see different order performances, different routes, or different nationalities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In Insight, when I want to download files, many CSV files often pop up. It would be more convenient if they could be integrated into a single table for download.
