What do you like most?
Only the guest messaging system but only for small operators, after a while it is not scalable. The guest check-in system is also not great, very rigid and not flexible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service is one of the worst. Experienced large delays and unethical charging. We also experienced a significant issue of hacking while using Duve.
