What do you like most?
Integrated communication platform, which makes it easy to see everything that's happening in the business. The Bookboost Team is very reliable and prompt to answering queries.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would say the ability to contact guests whenever instead of needing campaigns to do so, this is seemingly a Meta issue, not Bookboost though.
