Importance to control and adjust revenue when needed, dynamic pricing will save us time so that we can focus on guest journey instead of administration.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Make it more user friendly and easier to find what we are looking for. Sometimes it is not clear if an adjustment needs to be made in RevControl, the PMS, the Channel Mgr or the OTA.
