What do you like most?
I really enjoy that I get access to my room without having to remember hotel room keys every time. I simply downloaded the app once and am able to use my cell phone to gain access to my room.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The product is very user friendly, I like that it uses two-factor authenication, however, I think that they could do a better job training properties on how great their product is.
