What do you like most?
It is a very easy usable tool, you don't need a Revenue Management course. The customer service is excellent. It produces very good results in the way, that we could improve our revenue by 12 % every month.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are happy the way it is. The only thing which we could be improved is the Room Price Academy. It would be nice if the Academy would focus more on the programs itself.
